Henry Flurry (
www.henryflurry.com) composes for solo
instruments and ensembles of all sizes. Ensembles that
have commissioned from him include the Atlanta Wind
Symphony, Kennesaw State University, Yavapai Community
College, and Balance Duo. As a multimedia developer,
he collaborated with other artists to create CD-ROMs
for Disney, Hasbro, Mattel, Scholastic, Crayola, IBM,
and Harper Collins. His orchestral work
Fanfare
for My City is the official fanfare of the
Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra. Recently,
Prescott Fine
Arts Association featured a concert exclusively of
his works in their subscription concert series. He
currently teaches piano and composition and performs
across Arizona with
Maria Flurry as the duo
Sticks and Tones. Henry is a roster
artist of the Arizona Commission on the Arts.
