Lynn Drye

Lynn Drye is an
experienced percussionist, glass armonicist, and music
educator. She received her Bachelor of Music Education
from Northern Arizona University and her Master of Music
from the University of North Texas. Lynn has served as
Percussion Instructor for Northern Arizona University
and Yavapai College. Her performing experience includes
orchestras in El Paso, Flagstaff, San Bernardino,
Redlands, Riverside, Phoenix, Prescott, and Sun City,
along with numerous other chamber groups. Lynn has also
performed as marimba soloist with the Houston and Denver
Symphony Orchestras. Lynn is recognized as a leading
authority on the history and development of the glass
armonica and is a glass armonica performing artist for
the Arizona Commission on the Arts.
